CORPORATE MATCHING DONATIONS

For matching corporate donations, where companies donate to charities supported by their employees, some companies (such as Google, Apple, Dolby, Genentech) use a provider such as Benevity to process these employee donations.

“Pure 1” is registered with Benevity as one of Independent Arts & Media’s (IAM) projects. If your employer uses Benevity you may submit matching donation requests through your employer now.

Please check with your employer to see if it offers a donation matching program!

If your employer needs IAM to complete a special form or sign up for a service other than Benevity, contact PURE 1 at info@pure1.org.

If your employer requires an Employer Identification Number (EIN) (i.e. Federal Tax Identification Number), please use

94-3355076. Please also ensure that your matching donation is earmarked for Independent Arts & Media (IAM), with “Pure 1” as its project/program.

Special note: Some companies may require proof of the employee’s donation before processing the match. IAM processes and sends out donor acknowledgement letters quarterly. If you need a donor acknowledgement letter sooner for your employer to match your donation, please send PURE 1 an email requesting your donor acknowledgement letter at info@pure1.org.
